Multi threading general purpose GPU (GPGPU) software development and test.
Multi threading general purpose GPU (GPGPU) software development and test.
Current products are:
- Multi component Non Local Means denoising (NLM) algorithm, with a multi threading, multi GPU, CUDA implementation, featuring also a local noise estimation method to correctly process parallel imaged MRIs.
- Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) image processing software with a dedicated version of the NLM filter.
