One of the main research topics of our Institute is the study of
Biomolecules, including small molecules, peptides, natural
polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acids, monoclonal antibodies and
their fragments.The preparation of Biomolecules and their bioconjugates, the characterization of their structural and functional features and of their molecular interaction networks, represent an important tool for a deeper understanding of biological processes in living organisms, and particularly of molecular mechanisms related to physio-pathology. These studies contribute to the development of assets for biomedical, therapeutic and biotechnological applications.
